Hey guys! I am starting this for the March 2024 Cohort at CHLA. As people hear back about interviews, hopefully we can update each other.

Alright so I heard from another person that they'll start sending out letters tomorrow morning. I'm pretty sure this is legit, so tomorrow should be the big day for a good chunk of us!

Girl I really hope I get it but also hope you get an offer too. OMG. We're out here in the trenches and I'm like please if not me at least thatwasian and the other users I see in here and the other forums ??

I'm getting so tired LOL like they really outright lied to me in nursing school. "it'll be easy finding a job" like liarrrrrrrrrr

Yeah:/ like there genuinely is a nursing shortage. But trying to get into a good new grad program is rough:/ I'm sure it'll be pretty chill if we got a year experience and then applied like I'm sure then it would be pretty easy. But the first job search has been... rough LOL

For real! Unless I decide to work in a sus hospital for a year, but I know that that'll really burn me out. Maybe I'll last 6 months, tops, but yeah, I'd rather be at a hospital that at the very least is supportive of new graduate nurses

I just found this forum, I would've loved to know this was here at the start! I got through second round with 4 East. I've been checking my email obsessively! My graduation is Saturday and I want to be able to tell my program what I'm doing. Especially because I'm in Arkansas and it's so uncommon for anyone here to go out there. 
sorry for the babbling, I'm just hanging on by a thread mentally LOL.

I haven't been able to focus on the mandatory NCLEX review sessions because I can't stop checking my email or thinking about it. ?
