Hey guys! I am starting this for the March 2024 Cohort at CHLA. As people hear back about interviews, hopefully we can update each other.

Oh my gosh it's been a wild ride! After months of rejection, it was super hard to remain optimistic. Honestly the forums here have been super supportive and helped me remain optimistic, so if anyone deserves thanks, it should be all of you guys ❤️❤️

BMT felt like such a chill unit I'm so excited! Once more people get their offers, we gotta put together a residency chat so that we can get to know everyone! It feels like greys anatomy I'm so excited ?

Omgggg I haven't heard from cross training (yet hopefully LOL) but I am so happy you guys are getting offers, especially the users I've seen in other forums:,) I know we don't know each other irl and it's just a screen name, but I feel like a proud friend seeing you guys get offers :,))

I received an email from the talent acquisition that offers would come Thurs or Friday, so IDK what units this applies too but hopefully is for the units we haven't heard from so far. Congrats everyone who got an offer as well! ?

It's that trauma bond LOLOL. We were all pretty much lied to regarding jobs after nursing school, so like it's like we're all in this together ❤️

So far we have offers sent from BMT and CTICU. I already know NICCU is going to take their sweet time xD

quick question, when did they say they were gonna send the offer letter? by tonight right?
