Hey guys! I am starting this for the March 2024 Cohort at CHLA. As people hear back about interviews, hopefully we can update each other.

Asked about a time you had to work as a team, had a problem on the unit, took a shortcut, qualities you want in a coworker, strengths, DEI questions, etc. 

thank you so much for the insight! I bet you did great! ☺️ did they also ask the basic questions like why chla, why you wanted to go into nursing, etc like in the first interview?

I def didn't feel like it? but thank you! No they didn't just the typical tell me about yourself!

a panel of 12 is insane ?? but I'm sure you did better than you think! ?

IDK if this is too late of a response but last time it was a panel. The unit manager and then like 5 or so nurses from the unit. A few charges and few staff nurses if I remember right

hi! I have a second interview with CTICU tomorrow. does anyone have any insight on what qs they might ask?

Thank you so much for your advice/tips! ?????I'm sure you did amazing! My interview ended so early so I'm not too sure if I did well ??? but I wish everyone luck! you all got this!! ??

I had my interview with Duque yesterday too, and there were alot of DEI questions! However, I feel like it went pretty well, and they were all super nice! I had a very nice experience. They told me I should hear back by next Monday if I was chosen. But, HR told me today it could be until next Thursday or Friday. I'm proud of those who did interviews! Now, we wait! ?

Had my interview with 4 East. I cannot remember too many questions however they asked a fair amount including behavioral questions. Such a sweet group of interviewers. Questions like Why the floor, where do I see myself in 5 years, and diversity. Said we should hear back by December 11 or the end of that week. Sending positive vibes ! Good luck everyone!

Hi I had my interview with cticu earlier today. All behavioral questions. Are you guys emailing the interviewers a thank you email? Not sure how necessary that is, plus IDK their emails ?

Hi! How did ED interviews go today? 

I have mine tomorrow and I'm soo nervous!

Hi! I had an interview on CTICU as well! Mine did not go well but thats okay. I was very nervous and it showed. I wanted to send them emails but couldn't find any. How did your interview go? I wonder how many spots are available on that unit.
