Hello! I haven't seen a thread for the upcoming July 2022 cohort and wanted to create one. I just applied and I'm crossing my fingers for this one. Feel free to share any insights or any updates on the application process.
Good luck to everyone!

I did my senior preceptorship on a peds unit and also had a separate internship working on a peds unit! However, someone I know who had zero pediatric experience (besides their pediatric clinical in nursing school) got into the new grad program in the previous cohort.
If it makes anyone feel better when I interviewed with the ED they told me that HR won’t be reaching out with offers until all units have finalized their decisions and that all offers will be sent out on the same day so that it could take a little while. So if there are still units holding interviews this week that could be why we haven’t heard back!! Good luck everyone!

Hi there! I was previously an lvn with pediatrics experience and prior to that I had volunteered in a specific peds department.
