Hi,

Does anyone have any info on Children's in Denver? I am a RN/BSN currently working at Children's Hospital in Boston, MA and I am moving with my husband to Denver this fall. I looked at the Children's Denver website and it looks like they are moving to a new facility in October? Does anyone have any info on this or know if they will be hiring more nurses for the new facility? Thanks in advance!

Its beautiful, its also in Aurora. From the paper I don't think they are hiring more nurses, but they usually have positions open for experienced nurses.

Beautiful hospital. I just left University next door. They always have RN positions available.

Of course I forgotto mention that they should be moving into the new building in October I believe.

You could also look at Presbyterian/St. Lukes, which will be expanding their pediatric services because of Childrens moving - P/SL is two blocks from where Childrens is now. I think Childrens is opening a satellite unit at St. Josephs - they may be hiring as well.

Children's moves to its new building on 9/28. I volunteer there (am starting Nursing school in Jan at UC) and took a tour last week. It is a beautiful facility and much larger than the current facility.

Yes, Children's is moving during the last weekend in Sept.

Let me know what units interest you and I can tell you what I know about them.
