There are two ways to create a special area for your cohort, that are Terms-of-Service approved.

One is to create a facebook page. This link is allowed to be posted.

The other is to create a "Club" within the site, by clicking on the Breakroom link (upper left-hand corner, in the yellow bar) and in the green area, click Start a Breakroom Club.

Any other references or links posted are not TOS-approved, and will be removed. Continued posting may result in official warnings and other actions against your account.

We wish you success In your Nursing Residency!

Hi guys! I hope all is well. I have a online interview with CHOA for the Summer 2022 nurse residency program. Apparently I won’t be interviewing with no one just answering some questions while being recorded. Does anyone know what type of questions they ask during this time? I just want to feel prepared for whatever they ask. Thanks in advance.

Hi. Sorry for the late response. They usually ask questions like the following.

Why do you want to work with CHOA?

Name a time you went above and beyond?

Name a time you had a difficult patient and how did you respond?

How did your interview go?

It was horrible! I’ve never done an interview like that before. I just knew I did bad on it when I didn’t hear anything back from them. However, after 2 months I’m just now hearing back from a recruiter that would love to speak with me so my fingers are still crossed!
