Forum for those applying to Children's Health for the October 2024 Nurse Residency Cohort! Has anyone heard anything?

hi!! could someone let me know which hospitals in the Dallas area might still be open for applications? I didn't realize they close so early compared to Houston that has one every Spring/Summer/fall/ and Winter! Or which hospitals to look into or stay away from. TIA!! I've been looking for information but can't find any 

 

Baylor Scott and White just opened their today. Parkland opens June 15th. Methodist opened recently, but im not sure if they still are open. I would just search "Dallas Nurse Residency Programs" and see!

Apparently Children's does. A person with no experience got hired over an employee so you never know! 🙂 I would def try to do their STEP program or work PRN as a PCT at children's to try to get your foot in the door. No guarantees but its worth a shot.

Yes. They were finished last month in May for Oct.
