Aug 23, 20178 yr Hey everyone! I'm about to submit my nursing ap with 92 points. Anyone else? It'd be cool to get a general idea of the points other people are applying with!
Aug 24, 20178 yr Hi! How were you able to submit your application already? I've looked on NursingCas, and haven't been able to find California State University, Chico in the dropdown options. Points though I believe I have around 85 - still need to made sure that's accurate. Good luck to you!
Aug 26, 20178 yr Author Chico State just showed up on my programs listed! Maybe check again? And I'm going to submit it tomorrow!
Sep 4, 20178 yr Hey guys! I'm also applying.. I currently live in SoCal so Chico is a little ways away from me but I will go the distance for a nursing program haha Does anyone know, for the language fluency letter, does it have to be from a language professor? I've never had to take a language class because I'm fluent in one of the languages so I don't know any professors who could write me a letter.. Anyways good luck to us all :)
Sep 9, 20178 yr I think that it has to be from a language professor. In the point breakdown on the Chico state nursing website, it says that it needs to be a letter from a language instructor. Have you submitted your application already?
Sep 21, 20178 yr Hello everyone! I applied with 91 points. Did everyone's applications go smoothly? I wasn't able to have the "transcript request form" from the NursingCAS website sent with my transcript, so I included my nursingCAS ID in the second address line. Hopefully everything turns out okay D:
Sep 21, 20178 yr I did the same, and it seemed to process it! Does anyone know the exact date for when the nursing program starts?
Sep 22, 20178 yr Alright, well that's good news. According to the academic calendar on the California State University, Chico website, Spring classes begin on January 22. I would assume that's when the program will be starting as well, give or take a few days.
Oct 19, 20178 yr Hi everyone, do people know when Chico sends out acceptance letters for nursing? I got accepted to the University, but don't want to pay their "intent to enroll" fee yet unless I know if I got in or not. I have until November 15th to let them know if I am going to their school for Spring. Thank you!
Oct 19, 20178 yr You have the option to have the fee waived. As soon as you click accept, the option will appear!
