Roseman university absn - spring 2019
I've been visiting this page all day to see if anyone has heard back from Roseman. On the interview day, one of the advisors said that Roseman will typically contact you exactly two weeks after your interview. Yesterday would've been two weeks so naturally I'm so scared! But maybe since no one else has heard back from them it might just mean they haven't gotten around to it yet ?

Roseman University ABSN October 2018
Hey guys! I am so happy I found this forum because I feel like Roseman has been leaving me in the dark for months!! So I had an advisor and in March she told me I was a great candidate for the school and she was told me I could get an interview in June, I was super excited. Anyway April comes around and the director of the program emails me saying that my advisor got promoted and that he was gonna assign me to a new advisor. After that.. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. Or anyone else for that matter. I applied in mid May anyway, I did the supplemental, sent in all the transcripts and I haven't heard anything from anyone! I am so frustrated. I have emailed the director several times as well as my former advisor. I have called several times and no one ever answers so I leave messages to no avail. *UGH* I even went to Roseman to meet with someone and some bsn advisor met me in the lobby and simply told me to apply to nursingcas -____- I just want to have someone who I know I can contact when I have questions or get antsy since its been almost two months since I applied. I didn't get a call for the June or July Interview so I'm happy to read here that theres an August interview 'cause otherwise I'd have no idea. Anyway, I am worried that since I wasn't assigned another advisor that I wouldn't get a call for an interview. Does anyone know if who makes those calls? or do we get an email? also, thanks for reading my rant lol

Salem State University Transfer Nursing
Hi @sm2017 ! I am also applying to the spring semester and I am also from out of state. by the end of this semester I would have completed all of the pre-reqs for my current state (California). I think since you have a good chunk of the classes out of the way you should be a great candidate. By now I don't know if you took your TEAS yet but, I took my TEAS and I thought it was much easier than expected. In my experience the last writing portion of the exam was hard because I was running out of time. I scored 89 which I think is pretty good and all I did was study sample exam questions I found online. Theres an app you can get and my friend said thats what helped her most. I think if you get an 80 or above you should be good. A lot of people get lower and still get accepted into programs because of their GPA so I think even if you get lower than an 80, with your GPA I think you would still be a competitive student. Anyway, are you applying to any other schools?? good luck to us!

Saddleback College Nursing
November 15th seems like a million years away :'( anyway, has anyone looked at the RN-BSN collaborative they have with Fullerton and other universities? I'm really interested in this and haven't found much info on it besides whats online and none of the other threads mention it... anyone have any insight on this?

Chico State Spring 2018
Hey guys! I'm also applying.. I currently live in SoCal so Chico is a little ways away from me but I will go the distance for a nursing program haha Does anyone know, for the language fluency letter, does it have to be from a language professor? I've never had to take a language class because I'm fluent in one of the languages so I don't know any professors who could write me a letter.. Anyways good luck to us all :)

Mira Costa Palomar spring 2018 ADN program
Hey guys! Im also applying to Palomar for spring 2018. Judging by everyones points I think I'm on the lower end Im hoping for alternate at this point. I wish there was a place I could track my application to see if it was reviewed or had something missing.. I feel like I'm in limbo waiting and not knowing lol! good luck to us all

Saddleback College Nursing
hey guys! I am also applying for spring 2018! Time is flyinggg! I was a little confused by the point system because almost all of the schools I've looked at take the cumulative GPA into account. It looks like saddleback only looks at the GPA of the science pre reqs and the GPA of specific classes, like English, psych, etc.... Is this correct? Also, does anyone know if the BOG covers any of the class fees? Anyway, so excited to go on this journey with everyone! Good luck to us all
