Chico State BSN Fall 2021

Hi there! 

I saw that there wasn't a thread yet for Chico's BSN program for this year's round of applications for the Fall 2021 cohort. Hoping to get a feel for this year's applicant pool. 

I wanted to make a thread where we could discuss the program and the application process! Feel free to drop your stats, questions, or comments below.

So did my friend who got in... I wonder if something went wrong while trying to send out the emails. That happened last May. I wonder if I should email them...

If anyone is checking this thread, I just emailed them asking for an update. I hope they send out something if they're not going to send out the rest of the emails tonight

I don’t understand because I got a 94 points even tho I thought It was a 95 for me the whole time and they said the cut off was a 94 but they still said the cutoff is 94 but I still am on the waitlist I think

I'm upset because I 100% applied with over 95 points and I even contacted them before the application was due to make sure they correctly calculated my points, but they still did it wrong.

The email I received said that my ranking on the alternate list is “Alt #”. Does anyone know if this means I’m not on the waitlist or if it’s just a mistake??

You're on the waitlist. This has happened before, and sometimes they email back with a number and sometimes they don't
