Hello all! I'm proud to FINALLY say that after 5 years I am starting my BSN program in January..........if I get an A in Fundamentals of Chemistry this upcoming fall semester :nailbiting:. If I don't get an A, I wouldn't start until May, which would suck because I would be done with my pre-reqs and would feel like I am wasting time. The only other class I am taking is Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (gpa booster), and I read reviews on the teacher so I'm not worried about that class. What tools/websites did you guys use to help study for Chemistry? I know I can get an A if I dedicate the time to it. Appreciate the help!

ChemistNate on YouTube helped me earn an A in Chem 2. Highly recommend his videos!

If you search facebook for a group called "homework helpers" it may seem mostly high school but there are a few chem gods on there who helped me through my chem. I don't know why but I could understand their explanations better than others. You can post a chem problem you're working on and ask to please explain it and they usually answer within a few hours.

YouTube was my friend while taking all my science classes. Good luck!

YouTube can be a beautiful thing!

But if you don't get that A, it will be okay, I promise you! It's only a few months. In my program, if for some reason you didn't start at the time you're accepted or you got a grade that was to low to continue, you'd lose a whole year! Four months is akin to taking off the summer. You'll be okay. :)

Congratulations on getting in, and good luck in chemistry!

My Chemistry professor was lousy when it came to helping his students so we found the YouTube channel of Tyler DeWitt's. Without Tyler I would have been retaking the class. If there was ever anything that I couldn't find on Tyler's channel I used ChemistNate. Another great source in the beginning of Chemistry was quizlet. Good luck this fall!

Thank you guys !
