Chemeketa Kaplan 2020

Hello all, once again I have applied to Chemeketa's nursing program. This is my second attempt at getting into nursing school and I was just curious what everyone is studying for the Kaplan again. Last year I got 42/50 and made it on the alternate list but this year I am trying to study starting now rather than waiting until last minute. Thanks for any advice anyone can provide ?

I’ve been checking this and my email constantly. I think the worst part is I have such a low chance of getting in I’m nervous for the letters to come out. /: crossing my fingers for you all!

Connie also never emailed me back about whether or not they’re accepting 40 or 48.

I know how you feel. I will be very scared to read the email. I'll probably wait to get home from work if it comes in earlier in the afternoon. Is this your first time applying?

I thought about that too because I know I will be emotional but that would be so hard to wait to get home! And yes this is my first year applying. I was planning on applying to other schools but when it comes down to it this is the only program that I really really wanna get into, it’s just such a good program. My total points are 325, I got a 81% on the Kaplan. Is this your first time applying?

Right? I wish they’d give us a more definite answer because that could mean Monday, or two weeks from now ? and you’re welcome, I’ve been driving myself crazy checking so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask.

I wouldn’t count yourself out, you never know what the average score is! Also don’t give up, this is my third year applying with a “competitive” score but I won’t give up until I’m accepted. I feel like everything happens for a reason and when it’s our time we will get in?

This is my third time. I first applied about 5 years ago and got pretty discouraged so went down a different path to find that wasn't what I wanted. Now I am back ha

My 3rd time too! Maybe this is finally our year! ??

Thank you for that! I will definitely keep trying until I get accepted. It’s in God’s hands I know the timing will be right!!

I just received another email. They said, “you will be hearing something this week.”
