Hi!! Anyone here take their Chemeketa Kaplan exam this week?

I’ve seen a couple of people with max points already but majority of people between 1-5 missing points. It’s going to be super close this year!!

Ahhh! I’m hoping time goes by fast to find out. Whether or not they take 40 or 48 will play a big role in acceptance as well. Hopefully more people start commenting on this forum.

Yay! I have been wondering if a Fall group thread was going to start up after Kaplan was over.  I took my test (for the second time) this week and got full points so between the lower number of applicants and the higher number of students I am hopeful that second time is the charm!

Hi everyone, I scored an 81%, not the score I wanted at all. :( Will try again next year. Good luck to the rest of you!

I have been waiting for a thread too, that’s why I decided to just make it myself ? congratulations on getting full points! I think it’s safe to say you will get accepted ?

Good job on your 81%. That’s what I scored last year, so I’ve been where you are and I know it’s frustrating but that is still a good score, this program is just so dang competitive. I took it last year and the science questions were EXACTLY the same so I memorized them and wrote them down in case I don’t get in this year haha so let me know if you want them.

thank you! it really is frustrating! Surprisingly I didn’t do that bad on the science section. Writing is what got me. & yes that would be great, thank you so much!!

Writing is what got me last year too.. it’s so subjective and just worded so weird.. it’s what I did the worst on again this year as well. And there’s really no way to study for it.

That’s awesome!! I’m coming in at 329/335, praying for at least an alternate position.

right?? I heard ACT books help, I’ll probably look into them.

@salmonsaladsammich Congrats on the score!! I’m sure you will get in this year. How exciting! 
 

@kozamala I’m sorry you didn’t get the score you were hoping for but don’t give up! I spent majority of my time studying for the writing section and felt like I knew nothing during the exam.

Really? I didn’t know that I thought everyone that applied got to take the exam. Do you know how they determine who gets to take it or not?

I wish we could see what questions we got wrong and why
