Published

Hi!! Anyone here take their Chemeketa Kaplan exam this week?

I applied to Chemeketa this year! It is so hard to wait for the score sheets and acceptance letters.. This is my second time applying, and I am so anxious this year. Good luck everyone ?

Good luck!! This is my second year applying too.. What did your point total end up being?

I’m at 332/335... hoping that’ll be good enough this time around!

What about you??

I got a 332/335 as well! Last year I got a 325/335. Hopefully this is our year! I’m so scared.

I don't even want to say what I got last year... It was REALLY bad. I took the Kaplan three weeks after I had my baby, so the studying I did do was mostly science and math. Fortunately that paid off and I scored really high in those subjects, but I completely bombed the reading and writing sections :-/

Hoping this year is our year!! I'm scared and anxious too!

Question for anyone who applied last year: once they sent out the scoresheets, how long after did Chemeketa take to send out acceptance/alternate emails?

After I got my scoresheet last year I feel like it was another two-three weeks before I got my acceptance/alternate email

The writing is tricky! That’s what I struggled with the most but with a newborn that is understandable! I am due in July so if I do get in I’ll be starting nursing school with a 3 month old, life is gonna be crazy!!

hopefully we will find out sooner than June

Thank you! The wait seems so long since we all applied in February and took the Kaplan in late March. Fingers crossed we find out sooner rather than later.

I know... I’ve stalked a lot of other forums and early May seems to be when people find out.

How exciting! I currently have a 2 year old AND 3 month old and life is definitely busy and crazy already ? Nervous on how I’m going to juggle it all if I get accepted.

Amidst my own stalking of the nursing program page, I found this to be interesting. It's cool that the NCLEX-RN pass rate is so high! The completion rates concern me LOL.20210414_193516.thumb.jpg.e0368408058ea24618037276603cff7b.jpg
