Hi!! Anyone here take their Chemeketa Kaplan exam this week?

I found out from someone in the program. That’s the only change they know of. So now I’m super nervous ? I got 334/335 points

We have the same score! I'm 329.5...I'm still hopeful!

I have 329 too, I think we should definitely remain hopeful!

I just think there's room for it! Higher number of people being accepted and those who applied with higher scores likely applied to other programs too. There were quite a few who turned down their spots last year, it seems ?‍♀️

The alternate list also accepts 20. So there’s a chance of 60-68 total people being offered a spot/on the alternate list.

Confirmed because of this year being remote students struggled with basic care. So now they want people to have that certification to make it easier on students. I’m terrified

Do you know if classes are still going to be remote? The nursing student that commented on this forum earlier sounded like they were trying to get students back into in class scenarios.

I have a family member that works at Chemeketa and the plan is to have classes on campus starting Fall term but of course that could change last minute. Nothing is set in stone right now.

Although I can understand it from that point of view, it just seems excessive. Was hoping we would slowly be back on campus next year. Guess we will have to see ? Will you purse the license to reapply again if you don’t get in this round?

Hopefully we all just get in this year and don’t have to worry about it ?
