checked my states BON liscense results site says "pending"

does that confirm i passed?

"Pending" means that your application has been received, but it is not complete. The BON is still waiting for information (such as your NCLEX results) or the application is not finished being reviewed and processed. It doesn't confirm passing or failing, sorry.
