My name is Jamie. I attended the first application session today at Chattahoochee Tech for the Fall 2016 program. I've enjoyed following the last two groups of prospective students on these boards and thought I would see if I could get one started for the 2016 applicants. I'd love to get to know other prospectives and share the emotional rollercoaster that hopefully ends on a high!! :)

Yes, I agree. A lot of us did not get our letters about the interview change until a week after other people did. I live in Canton Georgia.

Hey again everyone!

Congrats on your acceptance Jenniell!!!! So exciting!

I live less than 3 miles from the campus, but I didn't receive anything today! Hopefully Monday we will all know whether to celebrate or cry, but lets all pray we will be celebrating!!

I don't know how the mail runs in Metro Atlanta, but when I got the last one a week late I looked at the envelope and saw that it was postmarked in a downtown Atlanta facility. If that is the case Jennielle being the only one to receive anything makes perfect sense. The rest of our letters have to be processed a second time in our cities... I'm thinking about this way too much. Ha ha It's what I do.

How did everyone else's points compare to Jenniell's? I have all A's in the classes that have points, and an 86 on my TEAS, so seeing her acceptance makes me feel so much better. I'm mainly nervous because I got a C in college algebra and I'm praying with all the changes they don't look at that too closely!

I'm also all As with an 87.3 TEAS. So I 'm confident, but also very much wondering what else might be coming into play now?

I'm worried because I have a B in a&p. I took it during undergrad at Uganda and it was rough. I got a 94 on the teas so maybe they'll look at that. Oh well, I guess there's next year if I don't make it.

I wouldn't sweat that. It is just a ten point difference total... Right? That 94 is outstanding! Way to go!!!

Stop worrying guys I usually get mail super fast I think if you have all As and a grade higher than 84 in your teas you will get your letters for sure! I never thought I was going to get in I even applied and got into other schools just in case this didn't work out.

My friend just got her rejection letter she went home and it was in her mailbox she lives in Marrietta
