Chattahoochee Technical College ADN program 2020

Hi my name is Samantha, I am currently a CST (certified surgical technologist) at CHOA, and I am considering applying to the ADN program for fall 2020! I actually completed the Surgical Tech program at Chatt Tech, and since then have been working at CHOA, I love my job there and love being a surgical tech, but really want to advance my career in the medical field by becoming an RN! I took my teas a few years ago before the surg tech program and got a 70 which is the minimum score and have a 3.46 GPA after the program. I would love to discuss with anyone thoughts about the program and any advise, about program admission, working while in the program, and tips and tricks for a higher score on the teas and CT exam!

Keeping the Faith !!! LOL ! My birthday is next Tuesday so that's the only thing keeping me calm ... I am on the beach. But I would be lying if I said it is not in the back of my head everyday. ....

Does anyone have an idea of the course schedule once accepted? Not specific classes but how many days a week or times (including labs/lecture/clinicals)?

From what I could see, both required classes are scheduled for Wednesday’s. I took a look to have an idea of time pending I get in.

So class days are Wednesday. Is that the only day we will be required to show up? I’m attempting to work 2-3 days a week and will my shifts to be back to back. With labs and clinicals are they only Wednesday’s as well?

I got accepted into the LPN program. But I see a lot of people still have not heard anything.

Thank you! Don’t give up hope some people haven’t gotten anything yet.. I know it’s only me and one other girl in the fb group that got accepted to lpn and one got a rejection letter. Everybody else haven’t heard anything. Still waiting for RN.
