So I have finish all my classes and brought my profile score up to a 75. This will be my second time applying. The first time I applied with a profile score of a 60. So hopefully this time my 75 helps me get in. I was just curious to know other peoples profile scores. I can't wait to submit my application in August!
did anyone take NURS101? Contemplating taking it in the Fall just to get a primer - is it worth it?
I took it, and I don't really think it's worth it at all. It was an easy A. I took it as an online class, and all of the information seemed like common sense to me ie how to budget your time, how to study, how to act professional, etc.
Also applied for Spring 2015, first-time applicant. Going for the accelerated option, as I went through Delgado's LPN program a couple years back. Looking forward to being back in school and meeting new people. Definitely keeping an eye on a few of the threads up here. Good luck, everybody!!
I also recently submitted my application for spring 2015. I'm super nervous because my profile score is only a 65, but after this fall semester my profile score will be a 75 or an 80. I just hope I get in with a 65 the first time. When I went to a group advising session, I was told that profile scores of 65 sometimes gets you in. I just hope I'm in that number. I also heard that the application turn out was slow.(Hope this is true) Good luck future nurses.
