Charity SON Spring 2014

Hi! I noticed that there were a few people around the forums that were going to apply to Charity for spring of 2014. I was wondering if Charity would accept a HESI score that I took for LSU? LSU was my first choice and now it's Charity. I still plan on getting a BSN, but I'd like to get working as soon as possible. Any advice on the HESI score? I plan on giving them a call, but I'm not exactly sure who I should speak with---or if I can get anyone on the phone.

Got my letter today....IM IN!! Look forward To meeting all of you! I'm on the Westbank-definitely open to carpooling. And now I'm wondering what I've just gotten myself into!!!! Congrats and good luck to those who haven't received their letters yet !

Yeah I think a FB group would be easier to use. Especially for sharing of notes, etc in the future.

For this semester, we have mondays "off" (when we start at the hospital in a few weeks that will be our patient pick up day, where we go to the hospital to get a patient case and develop a care plan for the following day), tuesdays for the first half of the semester are at charity the second half at the hospital. depending if you're in a day or evening clinical the time is about 7:30-1:30 pm (sometimes longer) or 3:30pm -10pm. wednesdays are at the clinical site (for the first 3 weeks this day is at Charity, it has roughly same hours as tuesday both day and evening options). Thursday and Friday Nursing lecture at 8:30-10:30am or 10:30-12:30pm and you'll have to pick a time for a 2 hour Pharmacology class on either Thursday or Friday same times as nursing lecture. This is how it is this semester anyway!
