I started orientation at a new job in March and failed nclex twice after I started the job. I was working as a tech after the first time I didn't pass. I can only take the test 4 times. The second time my manager wanted me to take it ASAP and I don't think I was ready. My manager wants to know when I will take it again. I don't know what I should do. I do not like the job and leaning towards just quitting and taking more time to study and just look for another job after I pass. What should I do? Will quitting hurt my chances of getting another job?

Did anyone attend the advising session today? How did it go?

I'm so nervous! I've been looking at past Charity threads and they received their letters about a week or two before they were suppose to. So I'm praying we get them this week.
