Hi guys! I'm pretty sure there are threads similar to this but i can't seem to find them. I just want to know what to do after doing the trick and charged $200? I did my NCLEX-RN on 9/25/15 and did the trick few hours after taking it sadly i failed that's why I was charged. So, it's been 2 weeks and my $200 is still pending on my credit card account. I called Pearson vue and they told me that they don't see an active registration from me. I also called my CC company and told me that they can't cancel they payment since it is pending. idk what to di right now, so if anyone out there know what to do I will really appreciate. Thank you very much.

Did you ask the CC company how long it would be pending for? You might have to do some legwork of your own and get it in writing from Pearson that there is no active registration and submit it to the CC company

This is the chance one takes with the PVT. As she authorized the charge, it is likely that she is goung to have to wait on Pearson to cancel the charge.
It's been pending for 2 weeks now. They just told me to tell Pearson Vue to call them and let them cancel it. I also asked pearson vue if i can get a refund if they charged me twice and they said yes. So, hopefully they keep their word for it.

If you were charged twice for the same registration, you are owed a refund for one registration. If you paid for a registration and it turns out you passed (and shouldn't have created a duplicate registration in the first place), then you won't get a refund of that $200.
The risk of the PVT is that you are knowingly, willingly creating a duplicate registration (specifically against the TOS of Pearson Vue's program) and they inform you not once, but on two separate screens that it is non-refundable if you do that.
So....if you passed and paid $200 anyway....you're out the money, legally. If you paid TWICE for the same registration, then you are owed one refund for one of the fees.
