Changing name and NCLEX

Hello everyone,

I just got married, moved to a different state, got a new car, something happened and now I'm getting insurance involved etc. I need to change my driver's license and social my whole ID is changed.

If I update everything, and show up with the "old" driver's license for my test, would there be any problems whatsoever? I heard they screen you, fingerprints etc. so I'm wondering if they would go through my background and find changes would they hold/delay anything. What did you do after getting your license regarding name change?

    Your ATT NAME should match your driver license. Or you will have to involve the school for your name change and resend your paper to the board. Either way, ATT needs to match your ID

    i also just got married. u need to mail them the name change form to ur BON then after 3 days i called my bon and they confirmed they got the mail den i called pearsonvue. for ny this is the form http://www.op.nysed.gov/documents/anchange.pdf good luck!

    It would match... but it would be outdated... I don't get why I need to call my school I graduated from? Anyway thanks for the replies, I guess this isn't something common I need to give PV them a call.

    My test is too soon to mail anything+confirm. :(
