Change proposal project topics

Hello everyone, I am required to write up a proposal for change using evidence-based research. I would like to do something that has to do with ambulatory care/surgical centers/outpatient clinics. Patients are in and out within three hours at my facility.

I'm at a loss for topics. I would have liked to propose a change to use lidocaine in IV starts, but I've already done that for another project . Any ideas??

Why not go to an ambulatory surg unit and shoot the breeze with the staff?

You can also go to the AORN website and look at their standards of care for multiple things, and see if some of those pique your creativity for implementation.
