I'm trying to stay positive & keep my options open for Nursing school. Does anyone know if Chamberlain College of Nursing is a good school here in Jacksonville Florida? I see that it's accredited, but I wasn't able to find it's NCLEX passing rates at all. Any advice would help.

Try searching in the threads for Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison, il or Phoenix. Then you could ask them for info. Hope that helps!

I just started my BSN program at the Addison, IL campus and I LOVE it!!! It is pricey, but when you weigh a 4 year bachelors program to a 3 yr, it evens out! They are very dedicated to their students here, and I hear that is at every one of their campuses. Good Luck!!

Houston has a new campus.. I'm really trying to reconcile the cost/return factor. Is it worth the cost? Is the salary for a nurse enough to justify the loans? And most importantly, will it be a respected degree? Chamberlain is a division of Devry and that is not a highly reputable institution! I've also seen a lot of complaints about the finacial department adding fees and tuition charges after you're enrolled and too far into the programs to turn back.. Is it worth it?

cubsfanatic! is there any way I could talk to you about Chamberlain at Addison? I am a prospective student currently attending a four year college. I want to apply for the Fall 2011, and I have many questions that the advisors haven't really helped answer. Would you be able to message me somehow? It would be greatly appreciated!

I just got into the pre-liscensure program at the Addison campus for 2011. If you have any questions about anything, the advisers are really helpful. You can try contacting Angela Defreitas at [email protected]. She can answer any and all of your questions. I am so excited to start!

Hey Moonchild! It has been awhile since your last post. Did you decide to apply to Chamberlain afterall?
Hi there! No, I didn't apply-- I couldn't reconcile the price tag! I'm currently in my second semester at TWU. :)
Congratulations! I'm hoping I won't have to pay much for the program if I get in. I'm counting on scholarships and financial aid.
