  1. Emma, don't stress about the interview portion. I had mine with Angela, but it is very basic, just goes over your past academic transcripts and shows you where you are in the program. You also go over the tuition and fees. It is not very important in the admissions process. I'd say if you have anything above a 2.85/4 and a score in the mid 80's or higher on the HESI you have a great shot, hope that answers your question. Let me know if you have more. :)
  2. I just got into Chamberlain for the July 2011 start. I am so excited. For anybody that wants to compare, and get a good idea of what scores get in, I applied with a 3.02 GPA and scored a 92% on their entrance exam. Apply early, you will have a better chance of getting in.
  3. I just got into the pre-liscensure program at the Addison campus for 2011. If you have any questions about anything, the advisers are really helpful. You can try contacting Angela Defreitas at [email protected]. She can answer any and all of your questions. I am so excited to start!

  6. Hey, This question is for people that know about the Chamberlain College of Nursing Addison Campus. I applied today with a 3.02/4 gpa and a HESI A2 entrance score of 91%. My adviser, Angela, says that both of these are good to get into the school. I especially like the entrance score, but hope my 3.02 doesn't hurt me. I am applying for summer 11. what would you guys say about my chances?

  9. Hey, hope all you guys get in!!! We all are in the same boat here just wanna get into a nursing school so we can finally make our dreams a reality. Quick question, I just submitted my app for summer 11 at the Addison Campus. I have a 3.02 GPA/4.0 and got a 91% on the HESI A2 entrance exam. My adviser (Angela) said that I have a great application and thought my GPA and entrance scores were good enough to get in. Still I can't help but worry. I really wanna get in, what do you guys think?
  10. Hello, Just joined the site, but have been reading threads for a while. I just submitted my application for review for Chamberlain College of Nursing. I really want to get in. I have a 3.02/4.0 GPA and got a 91% on my A2 entrance exam. I am applying early for the summer 2011 (July 5th) start. I included a personal statement in which I explained the attributes of a good nurse (compassion, hard work, and multi-tasking capabilities) and how I demonstrated each of these throughout my life. I also had a letter of rec. from two professors and one from a politician in the Illinois House of Reps currently. Any input would be appreciated!!
