Just finished my final for Economics and bombed it. Had such a hard time in the class. Does anyone know what the passing grade is for the class? I was told a D by the student services. I'm just panicking. I had an 86 before the final. Now I have a 69.9. Anyone know??

I believe it might be considered passing, but it will also have a negative impact on your GPA and possibly put you on academic probation.

You can repeat a course to replace the grade, but that might have implications with financial aid. Definitely speak with your advisors and see what they have to say.

I got an A in the course, but I felt what they asked of us was beyond reasonable. I basically worked, studied, slept and did it again the next day. It was not designed for nurses. It was meant for an Econ major

Oh no! I'm taking Econ next session (March). Yikes! I sure hope it's not that intense. I didn't want to take Econ in the first place, but you're limited in Elective choices, unfortunately.

I didn't think it was that bad, but I almost felt like I was learning a foreign language for at least the first half of the class. You really have to do the reading, AND understand what you read. I got an A, but it took some work!
