Hey! I just wanted to make a discussion board for anyone who may be applying to Chamberlain College of Nursing for the Fall 2018 semester. I haven't applied yet but plan to after May! I have a 3.14 GPA and haven't taken the HESI yet. I am also wondering if anyone knows any Chamberlain University student that graduated in under two years or two years exactly? I have all of my pre-reqs completed and I am just hoping they all transfer!

Good morning! I have moved your post to the Chamberlain forum, where there are usually a lot of active pre-nursing and nursing students. I graduated from Chamberlain, but I was in the online RN-BSN bridge so I am not a good example for your question (though it took me only 18 months with some dilly-dallying thrown in, haha). Good luck!

Hey I'm also applying this fall to the Atlanta campus. I'm so nervous!

I think the minimum amount doable as a transfer student is 2 semesters and 8 weeks. Because only so many credits transfer. Now Idk if that includes nursing courses (BSN level required).

I am trying to pay off most of my credit card debt and then I will be applying too. I don't think I will be ready in time for Fall. Most likely I will start Spring or Summer of 2019. I wish it could be sooner

Hey! I have been at Chamberlain for a year now and I did all of my pre-reqs at nearby schools in ATL and they took all of them no problem. I started in May 2017 last year and my expected grad date is Aug of 2019. Everybody graduates within 2 years and 4 months.
Does everyone graduate in that amount of time regardless of pre reqs or not? I have some but I don't know if they transfer
Oh awesome! Has anyone graduated in exactly 2 years or less?
Also, do people mind sharing their GPA? I'm nervous with my 3.14...

Good afternoon! I will be applying for Fall 2018 as well. My GPA is 3.22 from UNG. I have taken the HESI at UNG and received a 88% and I will be taking Chamberlain's HESI on the 30th. I hope they look at experience because I have been working as a medical assistant for 6 years now. Good luck to everyone and hopefully we will be classmates soon!
Thats great, you're a competitive applicant! I haven't applied yet because I heard you have to take it within 5-7 days after you apply! Is that true or did you apply and already schedule your HESI exam?
I applied a few months ago and will be taking my hesi next week. They are VERY pushy about you taking it within a week but you do not have to.
