Hi Everyone,
I am apply to Chabot community college for the Fall 2022, and I was wondering if anyone else is going to. My points us around 78.... Is that score good enough to get in ?
Thanks!
Yes, Chabot has a lottery for top 1/3 students. I applied with a total of 84 points. Based on my research in this forum for the past years, it looks like the total points is a decent one but I have never been lucky in Lotteries, I have applied to LMC with 65 points and with a good enough score like in TEAS 6, I should be able to get in to LMC without much fuss.

You are in great shape! I applied with 79, not sure if it's good enough for Chabot, but at least a tried haha
I am sure you get in in LMC!

The website says:
Applicants will be notified through their Zonemail if their application has been received and if the application is complete. Selection notification will be emailed in late May through Zonemail. If you have not received notification of your application status please contact the nursing program office [email protected]
I got a chabot update this morning ?
Dear Students,
The Chabot College nursing program remains fully committed to the education, training and preparation of future nurses in the community. Unfortunately, our nursing program is experiencing faculty vacancies that will prohibit some required courses to be offered in the fall semester of 2022. For this reason, the nursing program will not be admitting a class of new students in August.
A list of this year’s qualified applicants will be generated, and students will be given an option of deferral for the next incoming class which is anticipated in August 2023. Please notify Director Telles or Washington if you wish to be removed from the list.
Thank you,
The Chabot College Nursing Program

Wow. Thank you for posting this, I haven't checked the Chabot nursing program page in a while.

So true!

Oh I did not know they have a lottery at Chabot. DO you know how many students they get each year at Chabot?
I saw you in the other thread for LMC, I also applied there, but I don't think I have a good chance there. But I saw your scores and I am very positive you will get in!
