I am apply to Chabot community college for the Fall 2022, and I was wondering if anyone else is going to. My points us around 78.... Is that score good enough to get in ?

Last Friday you were notified of our decision to postpone the Fall 2022 incoming nursing class.  The Nursing Program has received many inquiries regarding this decision and would like the opportunity to provide a Q & A Zoom session to address common questions. 

 

This session is planned for next Friday, 5/20 from 1-2pm and will be held in a seminar-style format in which participants will be muted upon entry.  If you have questions or comments, please submit them to [email protected] prior to the meeting to have them included.  Any questions or concerns that come up during the session can always be submitted via chat.

I did but what does your email says? Is it the same as this one?

"A list of this year’s qualified applicants has been generated, and we are pleased to offer you provisional acceptance as Deferment List #1 to the Nursing Program for the Fall 2023 Semester at Chabot College, pending the ability to take in a new nursing class at that time. At this time, we do not know the total number of students for the incoming Fall 2023 class. Thank you for your continued understanding and patience."

I'm kinda stoked but at the same time, I want to hear from the other college that I was an alternate on to see my final status on their school. I'm also enrolled at a private university but I would cancel my enrollment in a heartbeat if it means me going to Chabot while saving a ton of money.

Congrats my email was the same thing , but I was number 38 I believe . 

So would that mean we are admitted into the program for next year ? im lowkey suprised

Congrats too! I thought the number was for a general list. I didn't attend their Q&A and essentially gave up when I heard they weren't taking any new students at this time but then this came up. I really wasn't expecting this at all. I'm waiting for an email asking the same thing since I want to be sure that I have a slot before deciding on some things.
