Helo everyone,am i the only one who has experienced poor customer service from cgfns? i called them recently and the lady was bluntly rude to me.I feel so bad and helpless. can anyone advice me on what to do?

Sorry to hear about your experience. You need to suck it in; they are the only game in town if you want to work in the United States.
I live in Philadelphia so I went down in person and they were nice enough to me, but I had all my t's crossed.

m going through the same thing with cgfns the guy answering the phone is very rude and dont know why he keeps picking up when i call im trying to see if i could talk to someone else was born in america just schooled outside america dont know why i have to be purnished for that would have gone in person but is too far from me cause i live in nj if you get an easier way please keep me posted.thanks

They have poor customer service. But from my experience with CGFNS, once you they recieve a document from you, it takes 7-9 business days for it to be put in the computer as recieved and then another 5-7 business days to be reviewed. Make sure that everything you send to CGFNS has a tracking number so you can track it and make sure that every correspondance has your CGFNS ID number on the envelope!!! If you can't find any of the answers on their website, you can email them using their lame online email service. Feel free to msg me for more info as I just completed this process. Took me 2 months!!!
hi i sent mine last year i forgot to add my id number on the envelope i have a tracking number which confirms that my documents has gotten to them called the customer service and told the person that picked that i forgot to add my id he said its no prblem ive been waiting for them to start working on it but to no avail i hope they start soon cause im really tired of waiting dont know why everybody has to pass through cgfns

CGFNS sucks in my opinion. Poor customer service. They usually respond quickly to the emails though. But, never really give you the answer that you need. They take FOREVER to do something. It's unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!
I changed companies. I don't want anything to do with them.

I just completed CGFNS Certificate Program. It took me 7 years because I have to take Mental Health Nursing and OB, plus multiple problems as you all say. If I had to start over, I would go back to school and finish RN program years ago.

I have the same problem with you. They believe I don't have enought mental health clinical hours. Is retaking the course in the US the only way to fix this? CGFNS sucks! I've put almost 3 years on them!!
