I applied by Examination for NCLEX RN in Florida and order a CES Professional Report and was issued last February 2012.
As part of the CES Report requirements, my school send the Academic form and the Licensing Agency (PRC) send the Licsense Verification form to the CGFNS office.
I plan to order a CES Professional Report "Re-Evaluation" for my application by Endorsment in Illinois.

Hello, please can I apply for CES from CGFNS even though I do not have a license from my country of nursing education?
Should everyone applying to CGFNS do the license validation, because I do not have a license but I have graduated from a nursing school in my country and left to the USA without having a license or even work/practiced.

CGFNS doesn’t always want a license from country you trained in. That really depends on the state but you could submit letter of explanation on why you didn’t take license
