I applied by Examination for NCLEX RN in Florida and order a CES Professional Report and was issued last February 2012.
As part of the CES Report requirements, my school send the Academic form and the Licensing Agency (PRC) send the Licsense Verification form to the CGFNS office.
I plan to order a CES Professional Report "Re-Evaluation" for my application by Endorsment in Illinois.
Assuming that all my School documents and Licensing documents are already in CGFNS office (for my Flordia Application,

anybody has done CES re evaluation to florida. Did the CGFNS asked again for same documents you provided on the initial CES you requested? I am on the process of endorsing to Florida.
HI! I called CGFNS and told me, "They Might" if the forms are new now. I am in this situation too, how do you manage your re-evaluation of your new CES? Did you send new docs?
No. Because it says that I've met all the requirement even if I didn't resend my credentials again. Although after paying the re-evaluation, i got an email from them saying that I need to request credentials from my school. So I had to email CGFNS asking why do i need to send again and then they said that at this time I have all the necessary updated documents on file. So I do not have to update anything. They also said that there might come a time when they are in evaluation that the evaluator might need to reach out for additional information amd that they will send a specific request to let me know what it is. í ½í¸Š hope it helps.
