I would have some faith in your school.
As stated above, they have probably done this before.
I sent my wife school in Philippines extra money so they would send her paperwork express mail.
Her CES from CGNFS took about 1 month, which is much faster than I had anticpated............

I beg to differ the OP has graduated in May of 2008 and still has not been able to sit for the boards. Further more most Boston Hospitals are very selective in hiring new grads and chances of being hired are slim to none.
Nursing who will hire an IEN usually do not give an adequate orientation for taking care of 30 patients and doing complex Medicare documentation. Changes of practicing safe nursing will be very difficult to impossible.
Since nursing homes don't exist in the Philippines and don't have to deal with DPH and Medicare their is no way to be prepared.
If Hopingtobern attended school in the USA changes are that they would have a position as RN. Private ADN programs cost around $20K about Six Months salary considering this person is unable to work that is a $60K loss.
Job Market is very tight in MA and we are very lucky, the state passed a mandatory Universal Health Insurance so unlike other states the hospitals are not worried about people being uninsured. The only issue MA Hospitals are dealing with is decreased Medicare Funded which is causing lots of cut backs.
My suggestion would be to once you get your RN go to another state where you maybe able to get a job. Best of Luck.
