Good for you! I'm now in the same predicament. I'm in Rio Hondo but an alternate for Cerritos. Lol. I think I'm gonna choose Rio Hondo though since its only 7 miles away from my house. All my RN friends (I have a dozen) say that NLNAC doesn't matter especially in California. I've also contacted CSULB, CSUF and Asuza and they all said WASC accreditation is what counted when applying for the BSN. Good luck to you!

I heard that we aren't going to be wearing white scrubs but navy. I'm all for that can't stand the white ones !!!

I prefer the navy scrubs instead of white also! Can't wait even more to wear the navy ones lol How did you hear this?

My best friend just finished her first year at Cerritos and she told me bc I told her my mom was going to go buy me white scrubs and she said hold off because they are talking about changing them with navy :) which I'm super happy about hopefully it happens !!!

Ya that would be awesome for you guys. I mean with all the types of bodily fluids we're going to be dealing with... Really... White?? Haha.

Sooo if I don't get in by orientation, I'm picking Rio Hondo. If I do get in, I'll have to way out pros and cons before deciding. See you guys June 6!

Cerritos told me yesterday there will be more then 200 people are orientation that's Crazy!!!

So I've decided to stick with Rio Hondo :) The staff has been really great and they already know me from going into the office and calling! They're also closer to home (11 miles vs 24 miles) and have a great NCLEX pass rate. I think I was just wanting Cerritos because my friend went there and she liked it but I think when I'm in traffic, I'll wish I picked Rio Hondo. Haha. It'll give me more time to study and to be with my family which is most important :) Good luck to all of you!!

It's going to b fall And spring I guess And all the alternates for both they told me ..... And I thought. It was just going to be fall session class
