Hey everyone! I am just curious if there is anyone else that has applied to the ADN program at Central Carolina Tech this time around? I believe the deadline was March 16. I was wondering if anyone knew when we are supposed to get our letters as to whether we got in sent out? Best of luck to everyone who has submitted their package!

i took my CPR class on Wednesday. I highly recommend the instructor I had. I signed up for the class through the AHA website. The class was $75 and it was four hours. She gave me permission to post her information. Her name is Theresa Hancock and she teaches at the Outback Saftey Training site in West Columbia. If anyone is interested in taking her class I can pm you her number or you can go to heart.org and find a class near you. Also, make sure you sign up for BLS for Healthcare workers.

I signed up at the school so the pell grant would pay. Ok so do you know if the Nclex/ATI RN fee is the ATI program fee?

I know the ATI program is included in the tuition. The NCLEX review and fee to take the test is listed under second year, so I am not sure if that is part of the tuition, or something we have to sign up for on our own.

No, if you look under student and account summary, you'll see every item broken down with an amount next to it for fall 2015. It's on there for $203

OK. I see it now. I think if it is listed on the acccount summary then it is included in the tuition and financial aid will cover it. Items not listed, like uniforms have to get permission to use financial aid, or paid out of pocket like the background check etc. You can call financial aid to be sure. They went over everything that would be covered with me so I could decide if I should take out loans.

Do you ladies know if we can have any style of adult BP cuff or does it have to be certain colour? I dont see where it says anything about the looks of it.

@Brandyv I don't think it matters, I emailed One of the instructors and asked about the color of the stethoscope and she said it didn't matter, so I'm going to guess its the same for the cuff. On Amazon all I see is black or blue, is there another site I can look on? I want to be able to distinguish between mine and someone else's.
