I was hoping if anyone went to Center of Allied Health and Nursing Education in Hackensack, NJ and if so I need to know about the Exit Exam. I failed the exit exam just took a few days ago with an 83 an dpassing is 85 as you should know. When you fail the exam and you come back to take it again do you get the same version? Are the exams basically similar the 2nd time around? Would love to know
Hi, lbax. I just started the night program. There is a lot of work involved and they seem to be strict about their rules. You'll see what I mean at orientation. Most of the students are from NY but there are also some from NJ (ofcourse). This is the first I've heard of anything bad about the Center but I'm new so I can't tell you much.
Good luck!
I wish you guys luck at The Center for Allied Health and Education. Im not bashing them because i failed i just wanted to save others from the mistake i made by going there. I am done and have my diploma and will be taking my NCLEX PN in 12 days. I was lucky to get out. Half of my class has yet to pass the exit and the class before mine only half of that class passed exit as well. That test is much worse than NCLEX!!!! No exit no diploma and no NCLEX. They do throw people out who dont pass exit in 4 tries. I wanted it really badly and put my all in to it and so do the other people WHO cant get out of that school. Most of my class is on their 3rd try taking the exit. Anyway good luck.
Thank you for the comments they were helpful. I going to ask them about the N-clex rate again how many people not passing the exit exam and see what she tries to come up. I don't doubt that they maybe foul or not I just think that people really need to get on here and say what they went through because it would help people make a better decision about what school to attend. I still think that some people just can't process a lot of information iin so little time and sometimes people underestimate how hard they go have to work or how hard it is to work during the program. I have yet to find someone who has worked through the entire program and had time to study. You don't have time for nothing but study because even sleep is a virtue. This is not my first time around I went to nursing school in Ohio and the school was a disaster so I decided not to deal with them anymore but it was very very hard. So I know first hand what it takes but I'm not new to this either so I know what to expect. Thanx!:)

Everything that you learned during the year. I had to buy a set of books fron the ATI and study on my own to pass the test because i did not think that the school prepared me for the exit that they gave us. The review for the exit was 4 days and it was horrible and i got nothing from it. No exit no diploma!!! I dont know one person from my group who has a nice thing to say about that school.
