I was hoping if anyone went to Center of Allied Health and Nursing Education in Hackensack, NJ and if so I need to know about the Exit Exam. I failed the exit exam just took a few days ago with an 83 an dpassing is 85 as you should know. When you fail the exam and you come back to take it again do you get the same version? Are the exams basically similar the 2nd time around? Would love to know
Ok, try and login by going to my assessments or my tutorials and look for the test. If they are giving you a code to login with, make sure that you don't have to use your own code and password.
It's a little tricky but after a few tests it becomes much easier. Don't be intimidated, you'll be fine.
I graduated from CAN and passed my exit and NCLEX on first try and am currently employed as an LPN. I am so glad I attended the school, although it was not easy. The teachers are helpful and patient in giving you the information you need to succeed. I feel CAN goes beyond teaching you what a LPN needs to know and prepares you for the "real world" so to speak. I know now being a nurse on a unit I feel confident and it is clear to all my colleagues that I have been trained efficiently. What you put into your education is what you will get! Both the teachers and the curriculum are great. CAN will prepare you for the NCLEX. CAN has set a solid foundation for my new nursing career. I appreciate the school challenging me and pushing me to make me reach higher limits. The course requires hard work and devotion but it's worth it.
First I want to say I just finish at CAN and am employed full time at a nursing home. As far as having a difficult time finding work, we are in the middle of an economic crisis there are no jobs available in any fields. The unemployment rate is at 9.5% . As far as the exit exam goes if you study hard through out your course and understand the material and concept you should be fine. I too am furthering my career via RN bridge program. So far things are going as plan. Dont let anyone discourage you. Yes the hire rate for an inexperience LPN is tough but that is with any profession.

They are coordinated with the chapters so when you will be doing chapter 2,3,4 for A & P you will be doing chapters 1 & 2 in the cards and med book. If you look in the syllabus, most of the info should be there.
