Don't cram, and get a good nite's sleep - does that sound familiar?
When you take the exam, relax; read the entire question, and remember your ABCs. I found the questions to be straight forward; I was not rushed for time; and passed with a good score.
Most of the questions and answers could be answered using common sense and some nursing know-how.
Good luck!
Remember all those little tips from school. Be prepared, read all directions and questions fully. Watch out for the no's and not's, skip what initially stumps you because the next questions may give you the tip you need., then go back.
Tension blocks memory.Do whatever you need to relax. Prayer, meditation, and long slow exhalations work. Positive affirmations based on your preparedness help program for success.
Relax, you can do it.
I agree with the other posters. Don't look for things that aren't there, either. They are straightforward questions and they are not trying to trick you. As one of the posters above said, if you reread your scenarios, or as you read down into the questions you may find the answer to a question that stumps you in another place. Good luck, although tht doesn't have very much to do with it!
GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!! I don't have any tips as I am in the process of studying for it myself. Generally speaking I would say not to walk into that exam intimidated. Try to be a little aggressive and a little angry. It will help with recall. Attack that test and let it know that you are boss!!
