Hii guys, the Cedars application is opening today!!
Since I have post care ICU unit, I had some tough clinical questions... I got grilled with clinical questions. They were not just 1-2 answers, they wanted to hear step by step on what I need to do. I got most of the answers right, but missed out on some steps. For example. they gave me vital signs and physical description of patient, I had to identify the issue, than what type of assessment or orders I need to carry out.
But other than that, the behavioral ones were straight forward. I think they are mainly looking for new grad nurses who they feel will fit in with their team.

Yes, for Beverly Hills. It was common questions like why this unit, where do you see yourself in 2-3 years, and no clinical question!
