Had my interview, I don't think I did that well, was caught off guard by the clinical scenario questions and by some other questions they had. I interviewed for float pool, they said I would hear back in a week.

Same here. I had my interview just now. I don't think I did that well. I was nervous. The interviewer could tell. I was caught off guard by some of the questions that they asked regarding how my transition from a per diem school nurse to acute care RN and if there would be any challenges. The interviewers said I would hear back next week also.

Same here. I didn't expect that they would ask a question about my per diem school nurse role and how I expect it to be a challenge when transitioning from a school nurse to an acute care nurse.

I am sorry to hear that! I am sure you still did amazing. I have mine tomorrow and I'm very nervous. How many clinical vs behavioral questions were there for you guys. Were the clinical scenarios hard ?
