Just thought it would be helpful to post a new thread for the upcoming new grad program starting this summer. I've seen the thread for the program last year and wanted to see if anyone was one of the first 250 who applied for it this year. I applied for cohort #1 and got a phone interview last week and the gentleman said that I'd receive an e-mail within 1-2 weeks. I've also heard of people getting rejection emails as well without a phone interview. Anyone have additional info they'd like to share? Good luck to all us new grads out there!

I haven't heard back for Cohort 4 either! I read on the paper that we should hear back by July 17th.

But have any others heard back for this cohort?

Out of curiosity, do they notify you through e-mail if you HAVEN'T been selected or not?

Just curious because it is July 17, 9 pm PST and I still haven't heard anything from Cohort 4.

Got it or not, it would be professional for them to let us know.

I have a few friends who have gotten rejection emails but I have not received anything back yet either and am considering calling HR tomorrow

I will wait until noon tomorrow for a notification but if I still don't get one then I will call HR.

Yes, as far as I heard rejection emails were sent out Monday. Just got my email invite to return for another interview over an hour ago (its currently ~1030 PST). Good luck everyone!

Congratulations, curlywhirly! I hope this means good news for socal529 and I also.

But it is a little disconcerting since they said that they will notify us yesterday and I still haven't received one.

Hopefully that quote good things come to those who wait does work. oii

I'm at 2:30pm on Wednesday the 24th! Does anyone know how many people are being interviewed/what kinds of questions they're going to ask?

I also have my interview on the 24th at 2:30 PM. It looks like it's being conducted in the same conference room so probably same format. I read through this thread and it sounds like the final interview isn't so bad. Keeping my fingers crossed. Good luck to cohort 4 candidates who are having their interviews next week! :)

Regarding final interview...it is in same hall, but slightly different setup. The perimeter of the room is set up with tables where you interview with manager(s)...some times it was one on one and other tables three on one etc (depends on what unit). All the interviewees sit in chairs in the middle and wait to be called.

Be prepared...I found the 3rd interview to be the most probing...but thank goodness I got an offer.

Hi trialpha123, thanks for the advice! And congrats to you for getting a job offer!

I was just wondering though, for the 3rd interview do they ask you behavioral questions? Clinical questions? Or get to know you questions?

And also, would you happen to know if you interview with the manager of the units you preferenced?
