It's probably $47 base rate for days now. I started at $44 in Feb 2022 cohort, but they gave me a 7.75% cost of living raise in October plus and additional 2% merit-based raise at the same time. There is a $7 night differential.

Has anyone interviewed yet? Or know what their interviews are like? Also, does anyone remember how many applicants they’re accepting in the program? They mentioned it in the connectivity test but I don’t remember haha

Hi! I just actually received an email a few hours ago from them saying that I got accepted into their new grad program.

If anyone has been offered a position for the New Grad Program, would you be able to share the base rate?

Transparency shouldn't be an issue since we are all New Grad's. ?

Also, has anyone interviewed for Cardiac / Cardiac Surgical ICU?

I still didn't received any invite for interview and my application still on "Under Consideration" – since 11/29/2022. I applied for ICU New Grad (5SCCT – Surgical/Trauma ICU); not sure what is happening with their new grad program this Winter 2023. The time frame seem off if compare from last year.

It will say “under consideration” until everyone has accepted their offers and/or offers have gone out to alternates. If you haven’t done an interview yet, then you have not been chosen for this round. Make sure your resume and credentials are all in line and apply to the next cohort in February.

Has anyone received the official offer letter yet? So far, I have only received an email saying "Congratulations for getting accepted into the program.”
