If anyone has been offered a position for the New Grad Program, would you be able to share the base rate? Transparency shouldn't be an issue since we are all New Grad's. ? Also, has anyone interviewed for Cardiac / Cardiac Surgical ICU?

Also, This is my first time applying to Cedars. I’ve read a couple other allnurses forums about the facility. But if anyone can shed light on specifics such as: shifts (3/12’s or 4/12’s), scheduling format (block/set or self-scheduling), compensation with night shift differential, any contracts, and anything else. Hi everyone, I applied for the new grad residency on 11/12 and just received an email from HR recruiter about being selected for an interview for the 6 North department (PCU). I’ve also applied to ICU new grad program last week. The ICU application was not open at the time I first applied. Haven’t heard anything from ICU program. Crossing fingers. Keep y’all updated.

hey @mmdanielle3. I actually had my second interview with the staff unit today!! so I should be hearing back from them very soon.

I can't recall 100%. But I want to say I clicked "Yes" because I knew my application wouldn't be considered. I have recently reached out to HR via e-mail updating them on my licensure. The HR rep said they would forward the information over to the recruiter. Still waiting.

Hi everyone! First off congrats on those who have received offers and have interviews! I had my first interview last week for the Cardiothoracic Tele Unit. I too was told I'd be contacted to schedule a second interview with the staff of the unit if they decided to move forward with me. So I'll be patiently waiting to hear back.

Hi y'all. Looks like this thread is fairly new. Glad to be a part of it. I was hoping to get some feedback on if anyone has been contacted for an interview and how the interview process looks like. I applied to a couple ICU positions for Keck's April 2022 Versant New Grad RN Residency Program. My submissions were completed about 25 days ago and my application status hasn't changed from "Under Review". It's a little discouraging, but I'm still hopeful. Also, at the time of application I was only a BSN graduate, not licensed as an RN. I applied because I knew the application period was only open for a certain time. I've been licensed since 2/16/22 but unfortunately I'm unable to edit my submission. I just wonder if that's the reason I haven't received a call back.
