Cedars-Sinai opened their New Grad applications for the February 2021 cohort. I opened this thread so we can keep each other updated. Who else applied? I submitted an application and wanted to see if anyone else did. Application closes once they receive 200 qualified submissions.

Did anyone get the email for the reference check?? I just got it, but it doesn’t specify a deadline.

May I ask what a reference check is? Do you have to provide reference in addition to your letters of recommendation?

It’s asking for 5 references. And these 5 references need to complete a survey.

Oh wow 5? From Who? Like what if you’ve only had like 1 job? Did you use your letter of recommendation people for that as well?

It felt super short! I think they asked me like 5-6 questions and it ended around 30 minutes.

Does anyone know if everyone receives a reference check? 

Also, did anyone ask the managers on their unit how many candidates they were accepting? I know from the connectivity meeting they said there's 25 spots for this cohort.

I believe every unit is accepting 1-2 new grads. Good luck to you all ???

From the connectivity test, they said they would send out offers by Monday or Tuesday?
