Just interviewed yesterday for the 03/28 cohort and wanted to wish everyone good luck as we sit and wait to hear back! :)
Also, I hope the first week as going well for the cohort that just started this week! Just out of curiosity (and sorry- this may have been answered in a previous post) is there a specific uniform at cedars like at UCLA, or are RN's allowed to wear any scrubs they want to?
@ashleew84: Just so you know the 12's aren't necessarily in a row. You work whatever shifts your preceptor works, which probably varies. So don't count on being able to have chunks of time off! Also, it's an 18 month commitment.
@m2theRZA: Nope, no uniform. Get whatever scrubs you like!
Does anyone know how often they have a new grad program? I graduate in May (of 2012) and I'm wondering if I would have to wait until the following year or if they have it a couple times a year? Thanks.
I had a question for those who have been hired by Cedars. For the open house, we are asked to select one unit of choice. Is L&D or Pediatrics an option? Thanks in advance for your help.
