Being pregnant and antibiotics

I am looking for specfic guidelines on prophalytic use of antibiotics with an existing cardiac condition before visiting the dentist. Can anyone help. I am an international user of the site and so far from the esc (european society of cardiology) it dates back to the early 2000's. Specific guidelines to pregnant women with an existing cardiac condition are unclear. Can anyone help? Within class we have been told that they are used prophalyicaly with pregnant women before visiting the dentist but whilst out in practice I was told they are not used unless you have had previously a valve replacement or sub-bacterial endocarditis.

Weird- I have no idea how that got switched. Must've been a glitch, because it used to be the correct link. Thanks, GHillbert!
