Hey guys, I have been reading through the threads because I am hoping to apply to the program in February. I have anatomy, comp, and general psych from URI and figured I would wait since they are changing the prereqs starting in the spring. Does anyone know how the point system works? I am trying to figure out how many points I have based on my grades. Thanks!

I went to the info session and they didn't say anything about how the point system would work. Maybe it would be prereq gpa for those classes plus the individual grades for each plus the HESI score? I have no idea. I'm sorry

I think they typically let you know after 2 weeks...I know this past February was awhile because they extended it due to all of the snow days. My guidance counselor said we should know between 2nd and 3rd week of September. I'm hoping it's the second week though because I am enrolled in writing. I'm only planning to take it for a higher grade if I don't get in & would like to drop if I find out before the drop period ends. So many factors!

I'm 2nd level and all I can say is good luck you guys and if I had it to do over I would have chosen RIC or URI- get ready to deal with A LOT OF BS.

Yeah that's what I've heard. I'm giving ccri a chance just bc I've been working on it for so long, but my first choice is RIC. either way, I will end up at RIC.
