CCAC Spring 2015 Hopefuls

Hi All!

Just sending out a good luck huzzah to everyone applying for the Spring 2015 cohort at the Community College of Allegheny County.

We can start applying tomorrow and the the deadline is August 15.

I am all done with my pre-reqs and co-reqs, so am excited to get this application process rolling. I am going tomorrow to meet with an advisor to be sure all of my ducks are in a row.

Anyone else out there applying?

Mine is 5.5 gpa (combined with Ap1 and Micro)....If you scroll back....somebody here get in to the program with 4.1 (combined). If i'm not mistaken, your gpa is 4.8. So, cross-finger that tomorrow will be your best day ever!!!

4.0gpa w/o the extras and 6.25 with the extra AP 1 & 2 and Micro.

I got accepted into the Cal-U day program. Who-hoooo! Just a little nervous because our house caught on fire 2 weeks ago and we lost everything and are staying at a hotel until it is redone. They said 3-6 months which makes me worried that things may still be hectic while dealing with classes. But I guess what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right? Good luck everyone still waiting and congrats to those who got in already. Terried, let me know if you got in to Cal. Take care everyone, Melissa

I got mine in the mail yesterday (Saturday) the 4th. I was accepted! Allegheny night. My gpa was 5.3 with only a & p one and two. The email we got said everyone that applied should receive a letter accepted or not, by October 10th if you don't receive a letter by this date, you're supposed to call or email her. Hang in there I know it's tough waiting!
