This is being created for the CCAC nursing students who have applied to the Fall 2018 semester. I saw one that was created for the Spring 2018 and thought it would be great to connect and share information for those of us that are hoping for this coming Fall.
So, when do you think we will hear back if we got in or not?
What were your TEAS scores?
How many of you have taken the prereqs and supporting classes?
What campus did you choose and why?
Is this your first career or are you looking for a second career?

Ahh, it will be more my husband dealing with it the most. He and I know it won't be easy, but it will be worth it. I have a really good job now, making great money. BBBBUUUUTTTT, the schedule is horrible for family life. So, ultimately it will be better, even if it's a pay cut.
I have a similar situation. I'm making good money and my schedule is decent but the environment is not something I want to grow in. Life is too short. Good luck at Boyce! That was one of my choices and I may end up transferring at some point...we will see!

I applied April 6th. Amber emailed me on Thursday and said that we should be receiving letters this week. Fingers crossed!
she said we get them this week and you applied for LPN-RN?! guess I'm back to stalking the mailman!! She told me second week of may so I hope that's true! I applied all the way back in February for LPN-Rn Allegheny evening and still have heard nothing so I've been freaking out haha
Amber said on Thursday when i emailed her that I would have my letter by this past Saturday, and I haven't gotten it yet. I have informed delivery and it says it isn't coming today. So I emailed her again. I'm very frustrated. I wish there was a better way of finding out answers, as whenever I email and call, I rarely get an answer back and when I do, it takes a while.
I think you and I are the only 2 who are lpn's I could be wrong though. But when she responded to me all she said was my application was received and anyone who applied after March 1 would get letters this week. She didn't mention anything about me being an LPN. I just assumed we would be the last to know since we pretty much are waiting to see if people didn't pass, so that there would be openings. All I know is this is stressful and everything is so up in the air right now!
